Audell’s Vision
Audell’s vision is to transform every passion into a unique universe. Our complementary skills in both technical aspects and attention to detail have enabled us to create an integrated architectural agency: from structure to space, materials to furniture, and down to the smallest object, everything is meticulously designed to craft the distinct universe of each of our clients.
We collaborate with master glassmakers, mosaicists, carpenters, and draftsmen who accompany us in our projects to offer bespoke architecture. Our shared experience in reuse and the enhancement of existing heritage has rooted us in an architecture that is conscious of the environment.
Elliott Ohayon
I’m both an Engineer and Architect. After graduating from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics and the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris, I have worked as a project manager (AMO) for Jones Lang LaSalle on the renovation of the historic BNP headquarters as well as the Marché Saint Honoré, where the issue of reuse was a major challenge in the project.
After working for the Franklin Azzi agency in the rehabilitation department, I decided to work as an assistant to the project manager and project owner for private clients and architects, such as Jessica Mille, leading me to work in technically complex environments.
These operational skills acquired over time have allowed me to take on the role of site manager for the renovation of the historic Thermes de Spa in Belgium, a 10,000m² project set to be completed in 2025.
Aude Letzelter
Graduated from the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris and Paris-Saclay, my passion for creation has led me to work as an illustrator for the Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo, for Philippe Périssé during Paris Fashion Week, and also alongside the Compagnons du Devoir at the Hermès Atelier petit h.
After working on the renovation of the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo and the rehabilitation of villas in Bairro Alto with Saraiva e Associados, I decided to specialize in the world of collectors and uniqueness, where each project is conceived as a universe of its own.
My dual expertise as an architect and jurist in construction and urban planning law has also allowed me to specialize in the feasibility of urban planning documents for complex rehabilitations, such as the revitalization of an oyster farming heritage site and oyster tasting workshop on the Morbihan coast.
Through various encounters, I have had the opportunity to design my first zinc countertop bars, custom wine cellars, and furniture for a coffee and culinary enthusiast.
